§ 3 Purpose of collecting personal data when you visit our website

(1) When using the website for purely informational purposes, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. If you would like to view our website, we collect the following data:

- Time zone difference to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

§ 4 Handling emails; contact form

(1) There is a contact form on our website that can be used to contact us electronically. If you use our form, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and saved. We generally request the following data: company, name, email address, telephone number and your message. In addition, you can voluntarily provide your fax number and company address.

Your consent will be obtained for the processing of the data as part of the sending process and reference will be made to this data protection declaration.

Alternatively, you can contact us using the email address provided. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted with the email will be stored. We only use your email address for correspondence with you. Additional information can be provided voluntarily in the email. This data is processed to complete your request.

(2) The legal basis for collecting this data is in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S.1 lit. a DS-GVO your consent.

(3) We delete the data arising in this context after storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

§ 6 Data security

In order to best protect your transmitted data, we use SSL encryption. You can recognize such encrypted connections by the prefix “https://” in the page link in the address bar of your browser. Unencrypted pages are marked with “http://”. All data that you transmit to this website - such as inquiries or logins - cannot be read by third parties thanks to SSL encryption.
